Hackley Community Care School-Based Health Programs
Students have access to Hackley Community Care’s school-based health programs located throughout the Muskegon Public School District (MHS, MMS, Marquette, and Oakview Schools) We have three School Program models that provide a varying combination of medical, behavioral health and/or dental services.
These locations include:
- Evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Dental care including exams, x-rays, cleanings and fillings
- Individual, group and family behavioral health counseling
- Chronic Disease management
- Immunizations
- Annual Well Child check-ups
- Sports physicals
- Pregnancy testing
- Sexually transmitted infection diagnoses and treatment
- Medicaid Enrollment and Sliding Fee Scale available for the under or uninsured
