Hackley Community Care School-Based Health Programs
Hackley Community Care is proud to serve Muskegon Big Red students at its school-based health programs located throughout the Muskegon Public School District. Located at Muskegon High School, Charles Hackley Middle School, Marquette, Bunker and Oakview Elementary, students can access three School Program models that provide a varying combination of medical, mental health and/or dental services.
These locations include:
- Evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Dental care including exams, x-rays, cleanings and fillings
- Individual, group, mental health counseling
- Chronic Disease management
- Immunizations
- Annual Well Child check-ups
- Sports physicals
- Pregnancy testing
- Sexually transmitted infection diagnoses and treatment
- Medicaid Enrollment and Sliding Fee Scale available for the under or uninsured
- Virtual appointments available facilitated by a nurse to a medical provider
